Elevate Solar (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on elevatesolar.co.za, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send your solar quote and contact you about it.
- To answer your questions and give support.
- To improve the website and our services.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We only collect what we need for these purposes, and we contact you about solar products and services you asked about. We will not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to serve you, for example with installers, suppliers or delivery partners who help fulfil your quote or order, and with service providers who run our website, email and hosting. They must keep your information secure and use it only for the agreed purpose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Some of our service providers may process data outside South Africa; where they do, we expect protection comparable to POPIA.
